Andhra University, as a part of its Golden Jubilee Celebrations is conducting a series of programs that bring out the hidden talent of its students.

On the eve of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Andhra University, a national level technical symposium - TECHNO GRAIL '05 is being organized by the Department of Computer Science & Systems Engineering in the month of March 2005.
At the advent of Information Technology explosion, Communications across the globe are happening within fraction of a second. To meet the ever-increasing demand for sharing information, knowledge efforts should be concentrated to cope with, develop and enhance technologies.
Techno Grail '05 is a platform for the young and energetic brains visioning to shape a career in IT, to compete, challenge and expose themselves to the requirements of this lucrative and ever challenging industry.
The growth in IT brought in new vistas and directions in the world of academics. Many subjects like Bio-Informatics, Embedded Systems, and Networks have expanded by leaps and bounds. One of the major outcomes of this has been the communications revolution that we experience in our day to day lives.
The student community has to recognize the shifting paradigms of technology, which is expanding and changing face at an unparalleled rate. Meeting and measuring challenges is the prime and foremost function of today's students.
The main objective of Techno Grail '05 is to strengthen the inventive talents of the upcoming computer students by providing a platform to exhibit their knowledge and skills. The focus of this event is to bring about interaction with different kinds of minds and to share information about various technical aspects. This kind of interaction allows us to create a competitive environment and urges students to know more.
TECHNO GRAIL '05 EVENTS
Pradarshan : A platform wherein the students demonstrate their ideas and concepts.
Trice : an event where the students can prove their programming skills.
Enliven : strives to exhibit student's talent and craftsmanship in simulating real life movements.
Polemic : involves discussion about current events and gives students an opportunity to articulate their stance.
Labyrinth : tests the technical and creative skills in presenting information.
Flummox : an event which tests the technical knowledge of the students.
Events such as these, helps students to flaunt their talents and equip them with the necessary ingredients to face today's competitive world.

Free accommodation and food for all out-station participants.
Registration form compulsory with every entry.
Participants have to pay a nominal registration fee Rs. 100/-, and can participate in any number of events.
